We can produce limitless styles of cartons but there are common styles called “FEFCO codes” which are an international packaging standard for manufacturing corrugated cardboard boxes.

General lead times on bespoke cartons production is 5-7 days where we order in corrugated sheet from the mill.
Contact our sales team for more urgent orders.
If the design is more complicated with print, self-adhesive tapes – lead times are generally a little longer.
Remember we can offer stockholding and call off agreements if you need more regular fast deliveries.
By its nature corrugated box is recyclable and in general 70% content of the products we manufacture is from recycled material. We can offer 100% recyclables in both kraft brown and white material.
Print is commonly water-based so will not pose any threat to the environment if the used carton does end up in a landfill.
We use FSC sourced products and encourage recycling.
